Saturday May 7th launches my new monthly series ‘MOVEMENT MATTERS’ with the theme of Exploring Core.
In these monthly Saturday morning sessions we will explore the body, movement and posture through a Holistic Movement approach. We’ll be using slow and simple movements that work deeply in the body and practiced mostly lying or sitting.
‘Core’ is a much misunderstood and misused phrase in movement practices, and without care, core practices can result in breath restriction and pelvic floor pressure.
In this small group workshop we’ll explore a supple stable centre that supports posture, movement and breath. Please get in touch if you have any questions about the workshop.
