Nothing is more essential to our health than breathing!
It sounds so obvious, yet most people have lost the relaxed breath they were born with. Surely we deserve a breath that helps us thrive , not just survive!
We practice lying on mats using simple movement that works deeply in the body to create real change. The practice is slow and satisfying, releasing stuck tension to reorganise us at a deep level, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
