Join our small group session and explore in depth and detail the areas of the body where people commonly experience discomfort and pain.
We’ll blend information on anatomy and physiology with awareness through movement to give you a direct experience of how the body may be (dis)organising and exploring the release of release tension that can create new patterns of movement and posture.
Please note, if you are experiencing acute pain, these sessions will not appropriate and so please consider booking a private session with me.
