‘Revived by rest we birth ourselves anew’.

Our session of relaxed somatic movement and restorative yoga is an opportunity to reconnect to the rhythms of the natural world as we mark the mid-point between the winter solstice and spring equinox. We are moving out of the dark and into the light: that which has been sleeping is reawakening and it’s time for visioning our year to come.

Creating space to sense inwardly through movement and meditation to hear the  heart whisper of dreams waiting to manifest, what seeds do you want to nurture this year? Our session will conclude with a Deep Rest practice, scrumptious snacks and herbal tea.

The Soma Rooms is a welcoming fully equipped space so be prepared to get comfy!  Herbal tea and scrumptious snacks included.
